Matt Damon and Ben Affleck truly have been friends for decades!

As many fans remember, the two actors stared in and co-wrote the 1997 Oscar-winning movie Good Will Hunting.

At the time, Matt was 27 while Ben was 25, but what fans might not know is that they’ve been friends way before that.

While promoting their new movie The Last Duel on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Matt and Ben took a trip down memory lane and shared a photo from back when they were teens goofing off in a photo booth.

In the two photos shared during their interview, the guys make funny faces while wearing matching, puka shell necklaces.

“Hard not to see that those guys are going to make it,” Ben said when the pics came up on screen.

“Yeah, those guys, clearly have star written all over them,” Matt joked. “I think it’s the matching puka necklaces that give it away.”
