My biggest enemy is me, pop a 911,” she sings on the track.

The video reveals itself to be an elaborate hallucination, as Gaga suddenly snaps back into reality in an ambulance after being involved in a serious accident and cries out that she forgot her pills.

The film was directed by award-winning director Tarsem and produced by The Artists Company.

“It’s about an anti-psychotic that I take. And it’s because I can’t always control things that my brain does. I know that. And I have to take medication to stop the process that occurs,” Gaga revealed of the song’s meaning in an interview with Apple Music.

“911″ is one of the songs featured on Lady Gaga‘s new album, and she performed the song live during the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards.

Gaga recently revealed that one of the songs on the album was written with the trans community in mind.
