Amanda Seyfried Turned Down Gamora in Marvel Movies

Amanda Seyfried is revealing that she turned down a role in the Marvel movies, and fans believe that role was Gamora from the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy films.

“I turned down [a superhero movie] once and they haven’t called back since. And it was a big one. I don’t regret it because I didn’t want to be green for six months out of every year. They tell beautiful stories through superheroes, and my daughter’s now really obsessed with superheroes now, and part of me wishes I’d done it, but the other part of me is like ‘I had a life to live’ and I don’t think I would’ve been happy,” Amanda said during an interview with MTV. “It’s so much more fulfilling to be in a scene with another human, doing human things, talking about real life and that’s what we did [in The Art of Racing in the Rain].”

Gamora, played by Zoe Saldana, has green skin and fans have deduced that it must be that role that Amanda was referring to.
